At Hostal Les Fonts, the menu feels comforting, generous, and deeply connected to Catalan tradition. The meal starts on a relaxed note with the Vermut de Cortesía and the classic Aperitivo de Pataras Fritas Y Olivas, which immediately create a warm mountain-style dining atmosphere. After that, dishes like the Remenat D'ous Bolets I Pernil and Havas A la Catalana bring rich local flavors to the table. The Canelones Gratinados are especially satisfying, while the Amanida de Formatge de Cabra and Ensalada Griega add a lighter balance between the heavier grilled options.
The grilled specialties are clearly the stars of the menu. The Cordero A la Brasa arrives tender, smoky, and full of flavor, while the Cuixes D'anec Amb Salsa De Poma Brutal delivers a sweet and savory combination that stands out from the first bite. Even the Hamburguesa Black Angus feels carefully prepared rather than ordinary, making it a solid option for anyone craving something hearty after a long day exploring the Pyrenees.
Desserts complete the experience perfectly. The Crema Catalana stays true to its traditional roots, and the Mouse de Limón offers a fresh finish. Meanwhile, the Catalanet Gelat de Torró Amb Ratafia leaves a memorable local touch that fits the restaurant’s rustic personality beautifully.

Your rating for this listing
Fried Rice with Salted Fish and Diced Chicken ($20.8): This has been one of my favourite types of fried rice back in Taiwan. It tastes just almost as amazing as the fried rice back in Taiwan, but I wish the flavour can be stronger and saltier than it is. Lime Mojito Mocktail ($12.8): The flavour is syrupy, tarted, a little fizzy, and better than lemon, limes and bitter in my opinion. Deep Fried Ice Cream ($12.8): It can be a choice of caramel or chocolate syrup, topped with a cherry that can slip out of the bowl all of a sudden. I always love the syrupy and crispy coating with vanilla ice cream inside, absolutely perfect. I asked the staff for not putting the veggies on my fried rice but it seems like the chef forgot about it and still put veggies anyway. Overall, I hope next time the chef would remember customer’s request on the dish, and everything else is great, 8 out of 10!
Food was yummy and served fresh and hot. The seating arrangement was fine but the place was warm in a sunny hot day. Service was fine, the staff was welcoming and friendly though. It is a nice place if you want to eat fresh chinese food.
Yumcha Robina is one of my favourite spots for dim sum! The chicken feet might sound weird to some, but it’s actually a little sweet and super tasty. The prawn dumplings and all the steamed dumplings are really good. Pan-fried pork dumplings are also a hit — they seem to be really popular. The BBQ pork buns are delicious, and the beef tripe is full of flavour. If you’re going for dinner, make sure to try the Mongolian beef or lamb — both are packed with flavour and really satisfying. Don’t miss the deep-fried squid and white bait — they’re great to share. The turnip cake is also worth ordering; one serve is enough for 3 to 4 people. The BBQ pork is a crowd favourite too. The soy sauce noodles and rice noodles (especially with prawn or BBQ pork) are definitely worth trying. And after all that, if they have custard tarts available, grab some — perfect way to end the meal! Great variety, tasty food, and a fun experience overall. Highly recommend!
Not really sure why this restaurant has such a low rating. Our food was good as was the service. It is overly expensive tho. My won ton soup was the only thing that the broth was a little bland. Everything else we were happy with. We would return. Mongolian lamb was good. San Choi bao was good. My hubby enjoyed the quail.

Absolutely love this place! All their dim sums are freshly made in-kitchen every day — not those frozen reheated ones you get somewhere else. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. The service is just unbeatable, especially Leilei, who looked after us with such genuine care that we felt truly at home. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again!
Really enjoyed the dishes we chose, bbq pork bun, wonton soup, crispy duck was very delish, but not into the orange sauce, dumplings are yum. Good choice of wine & drinks. Small staff numbers so unfortunately service was a bit slow but overall good experience.
Amazing service and great tasting food. Food is quick!
